Your launch checklist

The complete, in-order path from empty account to live LMS.

Here’s the whole journey from empty account to live academy, in the order we recommend. Each step links to a full guide where one is available — the rest are quick to do from the descriptions here.

Tip. You don’t have to do everything at once. Many creators build one course, connect payments, and go live — then add branding and extra courses afterwards.

1. Set up your account

2. Make it yours

In Admin PanelBranding, add your logo and primary color, and connect a custom domain so learners find you at your own web address. (Custom branding and domains are a Pro feature.)

3. Build your first course

Switch to the LMS, open Courses → Create new course, pick a layout, and fill in the basics (cover, title, category, and who can enroll). Then add your material as Sections → Lessons → Activities — video, PDFs, rich text, images, quizzes, and more.

4. Set up payments

In Admin PanelPayments, connect your own Stripe or PayPal account — you use one at a time, and payments go directly to you. Then set a price on your course using Packages (free, one-time, or a subscription).

5. Go live

In the course builder, open Actions → Make live (publish). Your course appears in your catalog. Tip: use View as learner first to check everything looks right.

6. Bring in your learners

Learners can find and buy your courses on your catalog page, or you can invite specific people by email straight from the course. Share your storefront link and you’re open for business.

You’re live 🎉

That’s the core path. From here you can add more courses, bundle them into a Series, award certificates, connect GoHighLevel, and upgrade to Pro when you’re ready to remove Learn 360 branding and scale to unlimited learners.
